Hi I’m Vanessa!

I created Vision Boards For All because I’ve always been a visual person and have used vision boards to make a huge difference to my life.  It’s true that every great achievement starts with a single step. I believe that you really can change your life by visualising how you’d like life to be.

I have helped hundreds of people, young and old in creating their vision boards through in-person and online workshops.

I’m also a huge fan of bookending the end of my day with a walk down the beach if I can, in winter when this is harder to do, I do love to light a candle cosy down under the blanket and catch up with recommended box sets, i am normally late to the party with these, my favourite last year was This is Us on Amazon Prime tissues were needed laughing and crying most episodes, the beauty of life’s, ups and down the fabric of life is about connection, connection to ourselves and the people we love. In winter I believe we should slow down like nature does.

I am a vision board mentor, and I help people who have lost connection with themselves, to find a new direction and reconnect with how they want their life to be.

I believe vision boards can help everyone, and can be completely tailored to wherever you are in your life and whatever you need at this time.​ The amazing thing is what you put down on your vision board can help you to recognise opportunities which you otherwise might have ignored.

Visually representing what you want in life is very powerful. I am passionate about helping people to reconnect with their lives and their dreams. We have one take of this life. I want you to achieve your goals, and your desires, and if you do not know what you want, this workshop will ignite that spark to help you find it through vision.​

    You will need:

    An A5 board of some kind, foam, cork board, canva, cardboard

    Glue stick

    Scissors

    Maximum 10 magazines you can pick up free ones from Boots, Tesco, Waitrose, John Lewis, B&Q, and even Travel Agents. Some libraries sell their old Magazines for 50p. (or put a shout-out on Facebook with Friends you will be surprised how many people have a few) I would say if you can print a photo of yourself, so you can add it to your board somewhere.

  • After a life changing event - I can't thank Vanessa the face behind Vision Board enough, I had an online vision board course with her and wow it totally changed my mindset and the way I look and will look at things moving forward when planning out my goals and dreams not only for my personal life but also working life as well. Vanessa cover all areas and even though it was done online it still felt personal to me and she asked all my questions and by the end of the course, I felt and believed like anything was possible to achieve. The vision board is a great way to plan and achieve your dream and goals no matter how small or big they might seem. If anyone is thinking about doing this course I would say do it and don't hesitate as you won't regret it at all.   • Firstly thank you for the workshop on Sunday the 15th Jan.  I enjoyed getting creative and all the wonderful information you gave us. It really has helped me feel so much better getting all my goals down on a vision board. It has helped to clear some headspace and has given me motivation again.  I feel I have some direction where as before I was a bit overwhelmed and lost. I am very grateful for your work.
