Meet Ella – A Cheerleader With a Vision

Have you ever watched your child dream big—and then go all in?

When we created the Success Seeker Pads, we dreamed of moments like this—when a child not only writes down a goal but actually sees it come true.

That’s exactly what happened for Ella, and we’re so thrilled to share her journey with you.

Ella’s mum sent us this beautiful message:

“I can highly recommend these boards. My Daughter embraced the idea and set the goal of working super hard with her cheerleading and to one day compete at a major international cheer competition. She had the vision and she knew she had to make steps to improving her tumbles and attend extra classes. In 2024 she competed at world cheerleading in Florida, one of the most competitive competitions in the world. She continues to set goals and found the board a fun and creative way to do this. As a mum, it was a fun way to focus on what she wanted to achieve. Xx”

We were blown away! It’s more than just a pad—it’s a powerful confidence tool. Ella used her pad to stay focused and keep her dreams front and centre. From improving her tumbles to stepping out on the mat in Florida for the World Cheerleading Championships, she proved what’s possible with intention, vision, and action.

These pads aren’t just for elite athletes—they’re for any child with a goal, whether that’s:

  • Learning to tie shoelaces 🧦

  • Making a new friend 😊

  • Performing in a school play 🎭

  • Or reaching the top in a sport 🏅

The Success Seeker Pads are filled with encouraging prompts, growth mindset sections, and space for fun dreams. It's a gentle yet powerful way to teach kids how to reflect, plan, and believe in their potential.

💭 Ready to help your child reach for the stars?

Whether it’s the summer holidays or prepping for back-to-school, now is the perfect time to grab a pad and set some fresh, exciting goals.
